The MinisonicIIP is a portable clamp on ultrasonic flowmeter suitable for measuring liquids in full pipes. Ideal for troubleshooting, diagnostics and mapping. It has an internal battery, visual display and internal data logger.
Since the MinisonicIIP is handheld, it is perfect for checking your flows quickly and without disrupting flow or pipework, it’s simple, incredibly easy to use and highly accurate. Since it is clamp-on, it takes seconds to install and is completely non-invasive. The sensors connect to the outside of your pipework via strong magnets (or our supplied straps for non-metallic pipes). Using the MinisonicIIP’s advance signal processing you can obtain a flow accuracy of 98% or better.
Logger data is recorded at user selected intervals and can be downloaded directly to your USB stick (supplied) so no need for software installation on your computer system. Then the data can be imported into your preferred spreadsheet for analysis. The MinisonicIIP’s internal battery lasts around 20 hours using the power-saving mode, this can be further extended with AC or DC power inputs. The MinisonicIIP has an OLED screen, so it is readable even in direct sunlight. On the MinisonicIIP display you can see signal health data such as signal strength, signal quality and velocity of the sonic waves (célérité) along with a visualisation of your ultrasonic echo, giving you full confidence in your flow readings. The MinisonicIIP is small and handheld and comes in a protective carry case that contains all you need to get your flow measurements quickly (Mini2P, Charger, Cables, Sensors, Gel, tape measure etc).
