The Systec DF8 flow spool is made for demanding flow measurement applications at small pipe diameters. The Systec DF8 may be used for pressures up to well over 400 bar and temperatures up to about 1000 °C and is resistant to plaque and stains. You do not have to compromise on accuracy: With an uncalibrated accuracy better than 2% and calibrated up to 0.5%, the DF8 is not only designed for rough conditions but is also created to work for measurement tasks with high accuracy demands.
Now the Systec DF8 has been completely redesigned, making it even more diverse with regard to process connections and materials: flanges, welding ends, cut ring connections and customised connections are possible.
Besides the standard Material 316Ti, we can offer the DF8 in a variety of other material, depending on the needs of your application. Thus the Systec DF8 can be used for particularly corrosive applications.
The patented deltaflow profile ensures a drift-free, maintenance-free measurement and guarantees a brilliant accuracy of 1%. The Systec DF12 is highly robust against dirt and condensate. The Systec DF12 is an excellent flowmeter for challenging a varied range of touch applications, such as biogas, natural gas or exhausts.

The Systec DF25 is an Insertion averaging Pitot tube from Systec Controls in Germany. This differential pressure primary device can be used on Steam, Gas or liquids.
The Systec DF25 is a very robust and durable sensor, it can be used in pressures up to 250bar and temperatures up to 1240c. With its large 8mm diameter pressure portholes, it is far more resistant to blockages than many other standard Pitot Tubes
The Systec DF25 is a tailored solution for your needs, it can be supplied with temperature sensors and absolute pressure cells if your application requires. Flowline can also provide a suitable DP Cell or mass correcting Multivariable Transmitter.
How it works
The DF25 uses the well-established Differential Pressure (DP) measurement method. The DF25 is an insertion Averaging Pitot tube which is installed across the internal diameter of the pipe. The DF25 creates a very small, yet measurable differential pressure, that is measured and output via a DP Cell or Multivariable Transmitter
Installation Information
The DF25 comprises of the Pitot tube itself and the connection piece that is normally supplied to you and you weld it on to your pipe. The DF25 Pitot is then inserted through the connection piece and will be held in place via cut ring or flange connection. All that is then required is to mount the DP Cell or Multivariable Transmitter
